POWER ADVISORY DIAGNOSTICS
Maintain and monitor the health of your pressure transmitter wiring and power supply with Power Advisory Diagnostics. This option continuously monitors the electrical loop to detect changes that can compromise the integrity of the output signal. To protect the precision of each measurement, this feature also identifies changes that could compromise accuracy and it helps detect hidden issues that could potentially cause on-scale failures.
LOCAL OPERATOR INTERFACE
Developed according to Human Centered Design principles, the Local Operator Interface (LOI) has built-in configuration buttons for streamlined commissioning. Its straightforward menus include 2-button “scroll and select” navigation and easy, intuitive operation. With the LOI, pressure transmitters can commissioned in less than a minute, simplifying maintenance and reducing costs.
WIRELESS TECHNOLOGY
With wireless technology, you can add new pressure, flow and level measurement points easily and cost-effectively in many areas of the plant including those that were previously inaccessible. Gaining additional information allows you to better optimize your process and reduce personnel exposure to hazardous environments. Wireless technology enables you to monitor more assets throughout your operation and preserves valuable I/O space by integrating multiple measurements.
HYGIENIC OFFERING
Instrumentation designed specifically for hygienic applications assures compliance with industry standards and regulations. This hygienic pressure transmitter, available with aluminum or polished stainless steel housing, offers batch-to-batch repeatability and industry-leading stability. Rated up to IP689K, the robust design withstands clean-in-place and sterilize-in-place process and quickly returns to the calibrated setpoint for reduced time between batches.
