Verify that the transmitter's DC power supply is clean (the maximum AC noise between peak and peak is 0.2 volts)

Check the loop resistance, the minimum is 250 ohms (power supply voltage-transmitter voltage / loop current)

Test the pressure applied

Check 4 and 20 mA range points

Check that the output is not in alarm state

Verify that 4-20 mA output fine adjustment is required

The transmitter does not respond to changes in the applied pressure

Check whether the impulse pipeline is blocked or the lower part of the wet section is blocked by filling

Verify that the transmitter is calibrated correctly

Check the measurement pressure calculation

Digital pressure variable reading is unstable

Check the measuring system to determine whether the pressure line has faulty equipment

Verify that the transmitter cannot directly respond to the on/off of the device

Verify that the measurement damping is set correctly

Unstable milliampere readings

Verify that the power supply of the transmitter has sufficient voltage and current

Check for external electrical interference

Verify that the transmitter is properly grounded

Verify that the shield of the twisted pair is grounded at only one end
