Stainless steel pressure gauges are widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, chemical fiber, metallurgy, power station, food and other industrial departments to measure the pressure of various fluid media in the process flow with high requirements for corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance.

Stainless steel pressure gauge brief introduction

The gauge adopts direct contact connector and pressure sensing element materials, icr18ni9t, ocr18ni12mo2ti and SUS316. The structure is fully sealed. The stainless steel pressure gauge has strong ability to prevent the corrosion of the measured medium and environmental corrosion. Stainless steel pressure gauges are suitable for highly corrosive media suitable for the detection of stainless steel components and harsh external corrosive environment. Stainless steel pressure gauges are widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy and other industries.

Stainless steel pressure sensor structural principle

The stainless steel pressure gauge is composed of pressure guiding system (including joint, spring tube, current limiting screw, etc.), gear transmission mechanism, reading device (pointer and dial) and shell (including case, cover, glass, etc.).

The pressure gauge displays the pressure through the elastic deformation of the stainless steel sensitive elements (Bourdon tube, bellows and bellows) in the gauge, and then the elastic deformation is transmitted to the pointer by the conversion mechanism of the movement in the gauge, causing the pointer to rotate.

For instruments filled with liquid (generally silicone oil or glycerol) in the shell, it can resist severe vibration in the working environment and reduce the pulsation of medium pressure.

1. Accuracy grade: ± 1.0%; ±1.6% ; ±2.5%

2. Case diameter: 60mm; 100mm ; 150mm ; 200mm

3. Case material: 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel.

4. Form of watch case: containment structure, release after diaphragm device

5. Material of elastic element and joint body: 304; 316, the elastic element is argon arc welded with the joint body.

6. Movement material: 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel.

7. Joint thread: M14 × 1.5; G1/4;  M20 × 1.5 ; 1 / 2 NPT, etc.

8. Measurement range: - 0.1 ~ 0 MPa or 0.1 ~ 160 MPa

9. Pointer: normal

10. Table glass: plexiglass, safety double-layer glass

11. Shock resistant filling material: Glycerin 98% (silicone oil, fluorine oil or other types can be selected)

12. Ambient temperature:

1) - 25 ~ 70 ℃ (liquid filled in the shell)

2) - 40 ~ 70 ℃ (the shell is not filled with liquid)

13. Temperature effect:

Deviation from service temperature not more than 10.5 ℃ (not more than 10.4 ℃ / 0 ℃)
