IP protection level is composed of two numbers. The shock gauge of IP65 contains an explosion-proof plug. The function of the explosion-proof plug is to prevent the medium from ejecting from the front of the pressure gauge due to excessive pipeline pressure, so the explosion-proof plug is installed at the back.
1. The selection of pressure measuring points can reflect the real situation of the measured pressure.
(1) It should be selected at the pipe section where the measured medium flows in a straight line, not at the bend, bifurcation, dead corner or other places where vortex is easy to form.
(2) When measuring the pressure of flowing medium, make the pressure point perpendicular to the flow direction, and remove the drilling burr.
(3) When measuring the liquid pressure, the pressure point shall be at the lower part of the pipeline so that no gas is accumulated in the impulse pipe. When measuring the gas, the pressure point shall be above the pipeline so that no liquid is accumulated in the impulse pipe.
(1) The shockproof stainless steel pressure gauge is not suitable for the environment with chlorine, nitric acid, oxygen perchloride and other enhancers.
(2) When the shell of stainless steel pressure gauge needs to be sprayed with PTEE Teflon coating, it shall be indicated when ordering.
(3) If special requirements are required for the joint thread of stainless steel pressure gauge, please specify.
