Correct selection method of lining material of electronic magnetic flow meter

The lining material shall be selected according to the corrosivity, abrasiveness and temperature of the measured medium:

1、 Natural rubber (soft rubber)

1. Good elasticity, wear resistance and breaking force

2. Resistant to general weak acid and weak alkali corrosion

3. Water and sewage measurement

2、 Acid resistant rubber (hard rubber)

It can resist the corrosion of hydrochloric acid, acetic acid, oxalic acid, ammonia, phosphoric acid and 50% sulfuric acid, sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide at room temperature, but it is not resistant to the corrosion of strong oxidants

Measure general acid, alkali and salt solutions

3、 Neoprene

1. Excellent elasticity, high breaking force and good wear resistance

2. It is resistant to the corrosion of general low concentration acid-base and salt solution, but not resistant to the corrosion of oxidizing medium

<80℃；

Measuring water, sewage, mud and slurry

4、 Polyurethane rubber

1. Excellent wear resistance

2. Poor acid and alkaline resistance

<40℃

Measure coal slurry, slurry and ore slurry with neutral strong wear

5、 Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)

1. Boiling resistant hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, aqua regia, concentrated alkali and various organic solvents

2. Good wear resistance and poor adhesion

-80～+180℃；

Measure the concentration, concentrated alkali, strong corrosive solution and sanitary medium
