Thermal flow meter

The thermal flowmeter sensor consists of two sensing elements, a speed sensor and a temperature sensor. They automatically compensate and correct gas temperature changes. The electric heating part of the instrument heats the speed sensor to a fixed value higher than the working condition temperature, so as to form a constant temperature difference between the speed sensor and the sensor measuring the working condition temperature. When the temperature difference remains unchanged, the energy consumed by electric heating, or heat dissipation value, is directly proportional to the mass flow of gas.

Thermal gas mass flowmeter, mass flow meter (abbreviated as MFM), is a new instrument in gas flow measurement. Different from other gas flowmeters, it does not need pressure and temperature correction, and directly measures the mass flow of gas. One sensor can achieve the range from very low to high. It is suitable for the measurement of single gas and fixed proportion multicomponent gas.

Thermal gas mass flowmeter is a new instrument for measuring and controlling gas mass flow. It can be used for the monitoring of air, hydrocarbon gas, combustible gas and flue gas in industrial departments such as petroleum, chemical industry, iron and steel, metallurgy, electric power, light industry, medicine and environmental protection.

Open channel air flow instrument

Different from the above, it is a flow meter for measuring the natural flow on the free surface in an open channel with a non full tubular shape.

The waterway with non full pipe flow is called an open channel, and the one that measures the flow in the open channel is called an open channel flow meter.

In addition to circular, open channel flowmeter also has U-shaped, trapezoidal, rectangular and other shapes.

The open channel flowmeter can accurately measure the flow of the open channel by cooperating with various standard flow measuring weir grooves such as triangular weir, rectangular weir and basher groove.

Open channel flowmeter shall be applied to all urban water supply diversion channels in the field; Water diversion and drainage channels, sewage treatment inflow and discharge channels of thermal power plants; Water discharge from industrial and mining enterprises and channels for water conservancy projects and agricultural irrigation. It is estimated that there are 1995 sets, accounting for about 1.6% of the total flow instruments, but there is no estimated data for domestic application.
